“You”/ “Your” /“Traveller”/ “the customer”/ “Guest”/ “client”  refers to the person/persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made.

“We”/”Us”/”Company” refers to MY TRAVEL MAP.

THE BOOKING

Your contract is with My Travel Map. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form or written confirmation on sales@mytravelmap.in / sales.mytravelmap@gmail.com  and deposits amount. All the relevant section must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept booking form signed as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract.

For Booking guest need to Submit their Valid  ID Proof  i.e. Valid Passport Copies, PAN Card Copy & Payment as per  below . Once Booking confirmed , My Travel Map will issue the Confirmation voucher or mail to you until Booking will be pending for Confirmation.

ONLINE BOOKING –

A guest can make online booking/booking request for the Tours offered by MY TRAVEL MAP through our website www.mytravelmap.in . The booking request will be processed for confirmation of prices and availability of the Tour requested by guest. Only on confirmation to the guest about the prices and availability, we will be bound to provide the requested Tour to him subject to his making full payment and complying with the relevant terms and conditions. Any correspondence with the guest prior to our aforesaid confirmation will not be treated as any acceptance of your request.

The holiday packages listed on www.mytravelmap.in are only proposed holiday itinerary. My Travel Map does not hold any confirmed reservations of the travel products in such itineraries. The same is subject to availability and solely at the discretion of My Travel Map and/or its respective suppliers at the time of booking. Even the tour cost might change based on the actual availability of the travel services included in the tour.

In order to inform the guest of any developments affecting his travel and for security reasons, we must have correct information of the guest on record. If any or all of these contact details are not correctly given, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction at the risk and cost of the guest.

My Travel Map if deemed, may change, postpone or delay the date of departure or conclusion of the tour or amend the travel route due to some unprecedented reasons like inclement weather, snow conditions, political restrictions or any other cause. In the event of such changes/delays, My Travel Map  will not be liable for any refund of tour price (in whole or in part) or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage.

HEALTH

  • When the Guest books a tour, or when someone else books a tour for him, in his name then it implies that the guest is physically fit to travel to that particular destination. It is very important for the Guest to take care of his health throughout the tour. Health is entirely his risk and responsibility.
  • Passengers requiring special attention during the tour for any reason (like being differently-abled, pregnant, suffering chronic disease or general ill-health) shall inform My Travel Map executive about the same before booking the tour.
  • We reserves the right to ask the customer to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed, My Travel Map shall not be liable to provide any assistance or refund the money.
  • If My Travel Map has to organize special arrangements in compliance with the passenger request for special attention, the passenger shall be responsible for additional expenses related with the request.

PAYMENT POLICY –

  • All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the customer to the company (My travel Map) in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below.
  • All payment can be transferred to our registered account as per agreement policy. It has to be collected as per Below Policy :

CANCELLATIONS-

  • If any Guest or any member of package Booking party wishes to cancel your holiday, must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by MY TRAVEL MAP. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

REFUNDS:

  • The company reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour. Such refund would be based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, airlines, coach operators, etc., and the decision of the company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
  • It would take at least 20 working days to process refunds.
  • There are no refunds payable for any unutilised or partially utilised services (e.g. Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.)
  • The refund for the foreign exchange component of the tour will be in INR only and will be at the prevailing day’s rate of exchanges of the company.
  • Third Party refund i.e. airlines, cruise, overseas suppliers could take between 30-90 working days, provided relevant support is provided to the Company.
  • If a tour is cancelled by the Company, then all monies will be refunded after taking into consideration the actual expenses incurred for Visas etc.
  • There will be no refunds in case of visa rejections due to any reason.

HOTEL

  • Standard hotel check-in time for domestic and international hotels is from 1400 hours to 1600 hours and check-out time is 1000 hours to 1200 hours.
  • Complimentary early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability at the discretion of the hotel.
  • Any changes made directly by the hotel come under their direct purview and we will not be liable for any compensation due to this change.
  • Maximum 3 people are allowed in one room.
  • An additional mattress or a rollaway bed will be provided for the third person sharing the room. It may vary as per the respective hotel policy.
  • Hotels that form part of the domestic tour are hand-picked by My Travel Map keeping in mind the ultimate comfort of the passengers. The hotels selected are usually the best in their respective categories and are selected on the basis of strong internal assessment.
  • My Travel Map will not be held liable for any inconvenience or discomfort caused to the customer due to the insufficient services provided at the hotel. My Travel Map acts as an agent between the customer and the hotel, and will under no circumstance be held responsible for inadequate services provided by the hotel.
  • In the Customized package all Hotels & rooms are pre-confirmed by the Guest for final package & guest should confirm it.
  • Children from 12 years onward shall be charged adult fare and those aged between 6 to 11 years shall be charged child fare, unless otherwise specified in the tour. However, when the itinerary cost includes air travel, passengers aged between 3 years and 11 years will be charged child fare.
  • Child policy differs from hotel to hotel. Before booking the Holiday package, all passengers must verify and understand the same to avoid price related issues.

VISA-

  • Where My Travel Map is assisting the passenger with visa application, please note that the company only acts as a visa facilitator or Advisor. Granting or refusing the visa application is at the sole discretion of the respective Consulate/Embassy/Immigration Department of that specific country.
  • Visa application fee once paid will be non-refundable. Re-application of visa, if required may result in additional fee depending on rules and regulations of the relevant Embassy.
  • As a advisor My travel map will ask for the personal documents required by the respective embassy & guest need to provide all the relevant document for VISA processing. Consulate/Embassy may ask for additional visa documents or personal presence of the traveler. Any additional visa related expense on this account will have to be borne by the passenger.
  • Passengers are requested to ensure their passport validity of minimum 6 months with sufficient pages for VISA processing.
  • My Travel Map recommends travelers to get their VISAs before departure for any country instead of depending on On Arrival Visa.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS –

  • The images used in the holiday package on our website are for representational purpose only.
  • Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel .
  • PAN card copies are required in case of cash payments of INR 50,000 or above per booking.
  • Final vouchers can only be issued once MY TRAVEL MAP has received full payment.
  • The booking is deemed cancelled if full payment is not received 30 days prior to departure. Company reserve the rights to Hold or release the Booking. No Claim can be entertained.
  • For Air Tickets issued / blocked within the time limit: Full payment to be collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change.
  • The customer hereby agrees that customized package is as per his/her will and choice. No claim on the combination, price of package, category and type of service selected by client shall be entertained by My Travel Map. It is considered that client has checked & confirmed before the final confirmation.
  • The booking of the final combined package shall be subject to availability.
  • Final price is as per inclusions selected by the customers. In case, the customer has changed any component, the same will be updated in price. Customers’ final confirmation will have exact components which were selected and reviewed by the customer while booking the package.
  • Final price of the same package combination may vary from time to time and shall not be fixed. Any claims on the package price shall not be entertained.
  • Service taxes are added as per government rules in the final price before the final payment.
  • The package price doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions.
  • The prices shown (on website or itinerary) in the beginning is per person and is considered to be sharing a room. i.e. INR 30,000 per person means 2 adults going together and sharing the same room for an entire trip, hence the total cost will be INR 30,000* 2 Adult + service taxes as per government rules.
  • The prices displayed have been calculated as per the rate prevailing at the time of product development. The Company reserves the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange and/or fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid in full before the departure by the client. Any Visa cost fluctuations will have to be borne by the passenger.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused transportation mentioned in the itinerary for voluntary modifications made by the traveller.
  • Passengers not using the transfers included in the package will not be given a cash equivalent or reduction/ concession in their tour package.
  • My Travel map is a middle Air ticket booking agent between Guest & Airline hence doesn’t have any type of Control on the any Airlines for  Air ticket, Financial, refund , non operational , Cancellation of flights etc. If any circumstances Airline’s closed their operations due to any reason MY TRAVEL MAP will not be responsible to any type of claims or refunds. Any claims on the Airline Operations shall not be entertained.
  • During on Tour traveler’s has to take care of their health by themselves while travelling in Local Vehicle / Doli / horse rode / in water / desert / Air activities. If any Incident / injury due to this will be not entertained by My travel Map.    
  • My Travel Map reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any holiday package or offers without any prior notice.
  • All international holiday packages are priced on an estimated Rate of Exchange (RoE). The passenger will be charged the RoE as per the date of payment of the holiday package.
  • My Travel Map strongly recommends all the passengers to cover their domestic and international holidays with travel insurance at an additional cost before departing for your tour. To buy travel insurance, please connect with our travel experts at +91-99865 64987.
  • My Travel Map is not liable or responsible for any baggage loss, injury, damage, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour arrangement. Expenses occurred due to weather conditions, strikes, war and any other cause whatsoever must be borne by the passenger.
  • The meals plan included in the package as per Guest requirement. Note that menus for all meals are pre-set on the tour. We cannot provide a special meal, nor do we guarantee a special diet to the customer.
  • My Travel Map reserves the right to change the menu if circumstances necessitate such a change. If the customer does not avail the meals (as offered in the menu) for any reason attributable to the customer, then no claim can be made for the unutilized meal against My Travel Map
